1:1 Coaching · Women's Health

Coaching for women with chronic pain — so pain isn't the only thing deciding what happens next.

Warm minimal still life, ceramic bowls on wood

"Support to help you keep moving forward."

Maybe some of this feels familiar

You're already handling more than most people ever see.

Living with chronic pain means carrying a second, invisible job — the decisions, the flares, the constant advocating — while still needing to show up for your goals, your relationships, your work, and the rest of your life.

But underneath is a weight that never fully lifts — exhaustion, sadness, and the toll of trying to hold it all together.

You've explained your pain so many times — to doctors, to family, to people who still don't always understand. It doesn't get easier to say.

Some days you push through. Some days you cancel everything and shut down. Neither one feels like the right choice.

You're managing appointments, symptoms, and everyone else's expectations — mostly by yourself, and second-guessing your decisions.

Your goals haven't gone anywhere — but the unpredictability of pain keeps knocking you off track before you gain any real traction.

Who I Work With

I work with women navigating conditions like:

  • Endometriosis
  • Adenomyosis
  • POTS
  • EDS / hypermobility
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Chronic pelvic pain
  • Autoimmune conditions (lupus, RA, Hashimoto's)
  • Chronic fatigue / ME/CFS
  • Migraine & chronic headache disorders
  • Long COVID
  • PMDD
  • ...and more

An area of focus

For those navigating chronic pain + ADHD

When pain and ADHD overlap

Chronic pain and ADHD don't just coexist — they often compound each other, and can feel like exhaustion with no off-switch. I bring specialized training in ADHD coaching, along with a trauma-informed approach, so that we work with what your brain needs directly — not as an afterthought.

Where we start

Whatever stage you're in, we start there.

Wherever you're starting from

Coaching starts with the reality you're actually in — whatever stage that is. For some, that means focused support getting ready for surgery, or finding your footing again afterward. For others, it means learning to plan work, relationships, and goals around a body that won't commit to a schedule.

The work we do together

The dreams that got pushed aside are still yours to pick back up, on your terms and your timeline. That's the work we do together — without you having to over-explain your pain, your days, or why you need what you need.

What this builds toward

Trust in your decisions, room to set limits without guilt, and momentum on the goals that still matter to you — with a felt sense of safety in how you move through your life.

My Story

Why this work

My work in women's health coaching stems from my own experience with chronic pain — and, even more so, from not being able to find the right care and support when I needed it most.

That gap is what led me here: a coaching practice built specifically for women navigating life with chronic pain.

What that looks like in practice: a space where you don't have to over-explain yourself to be believed. Where the grief and the anxiety are welcome, but so are the goals and dreams that still matter to you, even when they feel out of reach right now.

My training includes Co-Active coaching, Cognitive Behavioral coaching, ADHD and neurodivergent coaching (ADDCA), and certified trauma-informed coaching (The Centre for Healing), alongside a background in nonprofit leadership, education, and the arts (Master's in Opera).

We won't work over the pain or pretend it isn't there — we'll work with all of you, following your lead on what matters most: your decisions, your limits, the goals you're still building toward.

Outside of coaching, you'll find me hopping between New York City's jazz clubs, having long coffee chats with friends, or trying to catch one of those rare unicorn moments when my nephews or niece actually feel like talking on FaceTime.

Good to know

This is coaching, not medical treatment — a distinct kind of support focused on your decisions, goals, and life, and can work alongside your medical care team.
